Open the file
Open Folio-Setup from your browser’s downloads or from your Downloads folder.

Install it
Follow the wizard and click Install. You don’t need to be an administrator.

Open your first PDF
Drag a PDF into Folio or double-click it. Folio will offer to open your PDFs, and you decide.
